Kitayama Yuzengiku is a flower field located in northern Kyoto. It is a nice place to go in Japan for flower lovers. During Summer season the place gets covered with beautiful purple alpine daisy flowers which creates a perfect atmosphere for flower and nature lovers. The place also known as “Kitayama Yuzen Kiku”.
How to visit this garden?
From Kyoto station by bus and then taxi it will take about 1 hour and 45 minutes to reach the spot. The cost is around 5000 yen one way.
By car from Kyoto station it takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and from Kansai international airport it takes about 4 hours. It is convenient to use car if you are traveling with children.

There is no entry fee for visiting this flower field. There is no parking on the spot. You need to park the car at a safe location without disturbing the locals.
